Circular 0070/2018 outline a new framework for Leadership and Management in Primary schools. In that context this workshop aims to explore:
• The changing role of the Middle Leader
• The challenges for a teacher in a promoted post: Leadership v Management
• How to work ‘smarter not harder’!
• How to mind yourself in the role and achieve a balance!
